Double/Twin Rooms or Bunk Bed Reservations - cancellations within 48 hours of arrival are non refundable, however a date change is possible if available

Whole House Reservations - Payment plans available, 20% deposit required to secure a date. Final payment due 30 days before arrival, cancelations within 14 days receive 50% refund, cancelations within 7 day receive 0% refund. Change of date a possibility depending on availability.
